Awful. Small pitches so close I expect they would be illegal in UK. No apparant access to lakeside. Location dismal.

Stayed here for one night. The site is dismal. Lots of statics in poor condition. The male staff member spoke only Italian and was disinterested. He charged us 10 euro deposit for a gate access card which allowed us to walk into town via a lake-side path. We wanted to pay on arrival, but he indicated the computer was only online between 5 - 7 pm. We found reception was deserted at this time. In the morning we stopped him as he was on his way out at 9am but once again he indicated that the computer wasn\'t online. I paid him for the night and asked for a receipt. He pointed to the sign that reception was open only from 10am. I pointed back to indicate that it should have been open from 5pm the night before!! There was a receipt book on the desk in front of him but he refused to give me a receipt. All in all, bad value, plus nowhere to buy bread in the morning, although advertised.

This site was dark and dismal. There were a lot of static caravans, many in a very poor state with lean to buildings attached. The voltage was only 2 amps so everything blew all the time.
There was nowhere nearby to buy bread and staff were very unhelpful, disinterested.

We stayed here on the way from France to Naples. The site was quiet. Some of the pitches were quite small. The site looks rather scruffy and needs to be tidied. The site is secure. There is direct access to the lakeside with a security card. Within walking distance of the town of Ponte Tresa. The Swiss/Italian border is in the middle of the town and causes traffic congestion.

Travelling party: Seniors

A great location right by the lake. Only 3 amps on most pitches which gave us some problems. Pitches tend to be on the small size, and larger units may struggle round the narrow site roads. Site in need of a bit of TLC, but plenty to do and see in the area, and a week was hardly enough time to do the area justice. Not as nice as Garda, but well worth a visit.
