The basic rules for
CampingCard ACSI

CampingCard ACSI is an ideal product for a very cheap camping holiday in the off season. To keep its use simply and clear, we have drawn up a few basic rules that allow you to make the most of your CampingCard ACSI discount card!

Valid only at participating campsites

You will only receive a discount on your overnight stay at participating campsites. The participating campsites can be found in the CampingCard ACSI guide and in the handy CampingCard ACSI app.

Only valid during acceptance dates

Each campsite sets the acceptance dates for the validity of the CampingCard ACSI rate each year. Your discount card can only be used during this period. The acceptance dates of a campsite can be found in the guide or in the app.

Additional costs not included

For a set fee, you can stay at a participating campsite for a complete overnight stay. An overview of everything that is included in the CampingCard ACSI rate can be found on our website. Other costs, such as tourist tax, environmental tax and any reservation and administration costs, are not included.

Restricted number of standard pitches available

Your CampingCard ACSI discount card entitles you to an overnight stay at a standard pitch. A participating campsite is free to decide at which pitches you may stay. It is therefore possible that you cannot stay at a campsite even though the campsite has pitches that are available.

How does CampingCard ACSI work?

  1. Complete the reverse of your CampingCard ACSI in full (only completed cards can be accepted). Your discount card is personal to you.

  2. Show your discount card (valid for 2 adults) at the campsite upon arrival. It is important that you indicate that you will be camping with CampingCard ACSI when making the reservation (if necessary).

  3. You will be paying the affordable CampingCard ACSI rate of only €13, €15, €17, €19, €21, €23, €25 or €27.* If you are paying upon departure, show your discount card to reception again before settling your bill.

* With CampingCard ACSI you can, in principle, settle your bill at the end of your stay. But the payment method, including the moment of payment, can sometimes be determined by the campsite’s own regulations. For example, if you only want to stay one night, or if you wish to make a reservation, the campsite may ask you to pay in advance or to pay a deposit. The campsite’s reception will inform you of the campsite’s policy concerning the payment.
