Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

We stayed here for one night on our way down to Austria. We were greeted by excellent staff who were very welcoming despite our somewhat late arrival. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

We arrived at this site during the afternoon. On our arrival at the reception the owner came to the front of the car and looked at the number plate and presumably worked out that we were British. He came to the passenger side of the car and spoke with my wife in an aggressive manner and said \"No, get back I have no place for you\". This did not appear to be the case as we saw plenty of unoccupied pitches close by. He then stood in front of our car and pointed to the entrance saying \"Go, go\". I found his behaviour to be totally unacceptable particularly as I had my wife and two small children with me and I feel strongly that this person should not be running a campsite if he is going to behave in such a way. I would definitely not recommend this campsite to anybody in the future and will refer this matter to ACSI as to whether this site should be listed in future publications.

Grassed site immaculatly kept. The gardens are beautiful and the owner keeps them as if they were his own. The pitches are level and large. The shower/toilet block was excellent and we commented that you could probably eat your dinner off the floor he kept them that clean! It was a very peaceful site near the local village which was easily walked or cycled. There were also cycle routes from the campsite. The local town pool was just next door which was excellent and clean. Wifi is available at a charge. We were due to stay 1 night and stayed 4.

We have been staying at Terrassencamping for 9 years and always enjoy the quite and peacefulness of the grassy sites. The owner takes great pride in the campsite and treats it as though it is his garden.

Lovely site with a very nice swimming pool next door. Surrounding area, very nice and lots to see in black forest. The site has a nice restaurant which was very popular.

We arrived at the site intending to stay for 2 days. The welcome, facilities, the surroundings, weather, were all first class. We stayed for 7 days. The weather was the best we had in the 6 weeks of our holiday. It was one of the best sites we have stayed in on this trip. Thank You
