General information

Campsite Costa Blanca is a campsite with 66 touring pitches and 14 year round pitches. During low season, between 01-01-2017 - 13-04-2017, 18-04-2017 - 09-07-2017 and 26-08-2017 - 31-12-2017, the nightly rate is €17,- at one of the 66 touring pitches at Campsite Costa Blanca in el Campello (Alicante). At this campsite you can not only use your CampingCard ACSI for inexpensive camping, you can also use your ACSI Club ID (as an alternative ID).

Small-scale campsite. Spotlessly clean toilets, very tidy grounds. Agreeable ambiance and friendly staff who will be happy to help you get your caravan onto the pitch (can be difficult for larger caravans). Conveniently located between Benidorm and Alicante. Close to beach (800 metres), swimming in lovely pool (open all year).

Travelling party: Couple

Having read the reviews (which I have now noted are a bit out of date), I thought that this site would be a good choice to visit Alicante. I did note that someone had mentioned it was a little \"tight\" for manouvering. Our camping car is only 6.5m and we really were stressed driving it through this site. The roads and turning points are far too small, with bushes and tree trunks/branches threatening to mark or hit the camping car during our passage through to the pitch. (I walked in front guiding my husband through...it was slow going!) The pitch was also difficult to get onto, even though we thought we had selected one of the better pitches. I have nothing personal against this site, but I must make the point that camping cars and caravans are expensive purchases and most people do not need the stress when parking up! This was our 75th campsite, so we are not novices. I think with some clearance on the roads, a fresh approach to the restaurant and toilet facilities, this could still be a decent campsite. However, we will not be returning.

In general terms is a good place, but it depends on the pitch you are staying. We warned them that we were travelling with a caravan and the pitch they placed us was not a good one for it, small and difficult to place the caravan. The pitch also had a trash bin next to it which was a bit unpleasant, despite there were other free pitches (they offered us to move to another pitch but when we had finished placing all our stuff...). Toilets were correct but they could be better (in some hours they were dirty and clogged). In the other hand, pool is good and they have really nice animation activities. A bit far from the beach. For us, 6/10.

Lovely little site with good pool & snackbar. Pitches spacious once you get in (access very tight getting in & out for motorhomes & caravans) All pitches have overhead reed shades. Beach & town approx 1.5km or more not 0.8. as stated. Staff friendly & helpful. Worth a visit.

Busy site even in February. Many over wintering here who spoke highly of facilities and long term costs. Few free pitches which were very small or had trees which made positioning a caravan difficult.
