Travelling party: Couple

We stayed 4 nights in our motorhome in June. Very friendly, helpful reception staff, proficient in multiple languages. We were left to choose our own pitch. This was good size with some grass, but mainly grit. We had a view of the sea. Toilet facilties good with plenty of hot water for showers and washing up. Nice pool bar with comfortable loungers, this is dog friendly. Pool clean and well maintained. Restaurant food and service OK. We\'ll organised bus service to Barcelona centre, not free at this time of year but good value at return for two. Excellent free shuttle to Mataro. Dogs are allowed on this and the bus to Barcelona. Busy road and railway run along the front of the site. The road makes the initial section of walking from the site difficult, though once this is negotiated, the walk northwards along the promenade is very pleasant.

Lovely site and excellent staff. Rang site and said I would be arriving late.after 9pm. No issues we will be open 10 at least. Great reassurance when you are tired. On arrival lady gave us a good selection of pitches to chose from. Tight access for over 7.5m. Booked free bus to Barcelona that night and had a lovely day. One issue...The weather..rained not stop. Would recommend this site..Cycling may be tricky. Unable to see cycle lanes near site...never asked as weather was so poor!

We stayed here for two nights to ride out a wet windy day. The site is across the road from the sea but there wasn’t a beach when we walked down and the sea seemed to come right up to the rocks.

The site was good, had a well stocked shop and decent toilet and shower facilities. There was a chemical waste point for every couple of rows.

We ate in the restaurant which was OK but not as cheap as we’ve been used to in Spain.

There is a free minibus to Mataro and a free coach to Barcelona which they advised you booked the previous day. Both were dog friendly.

The staff are very pleasant and put the extra in to help. The free shuttle bus is a great extra and the fact you can take your dog is a real added bonus. I’ve stopped at this site before and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone for a long or short stay. The

Lovely friendly welcome, pitch and shower/toilet facilities very good. Free bus to Barcelona and local bus in Mataro is excellent. Location not great. Very busy road and railway track outside the campsite which makes walking a challenge especially with a dog. The site is on a rocky coastline with a small beach in one direction and the Mataro beach in the other(this is the better beach). No where rally to walk from the campsite.

Stayed here mainly to visit Barcelona. Campsite very busy but highly organised in facilitating visits to city. Bus was always busy but very reliable and took you to the heart of the city.

Toilets are exceptionally clean and pitches reasonable size.

There is nothing negative to say about about this site. The pool was lovely. Overlooking the sea. This site is a perfect campsite to visit Barcelona. The site ran two air conditioned coaches a day (in June) which you need to prebook the day before each way. Or if times don\'t suit there were free courtesy buses from the campsite to and from the railway station in Mataro at regular times throughout the day. The last courtesy bus back from the station was 10 to midnight. On site shop sold usual stuff including bread and the reception staff were most helpful in arranging your transport to town. Toilets were very clean. Top block were very modern. The train into Barcelona one way took about 40 minutes direct. The train runs along the seafront opposite the campsite but we didn\'t notice any noise from it and we had a pitch nearest the front (A7). We didn\'t use the bar as we were out all day each day in Barcelona.

Travelling party: Couple

A good campsite if visiting Barcelona, especially as they have a free bus service to the centre in the low season and cheap fares in the peak season with services 3/4 times a day. The campsite also ran some great free activities including a wine tasting and sangria making classes which we loved! There was a good 25m swimming pool and a little animal section with goats, horses and chickens. Good clean toilets and showers with waterfall heads. The only bad thing I would say about the site is the ground was extremely hard, all our standard tent pegs bent and we had to buy extra strong ones from amazon! Also there was very little shade and the water taps were quite a distance.

This is an excellent site for visiting Barcelona and there is a free bus service to take you into the city and to the local town of Mataro. The staff are helpful and speak English and there is a shop on site which has a good range of produce but quite expensive.
There is a pool but it has restricted times when it was open from 10-4.30 so the opportunity to have a swim in the early evening is not possible.
The washroom facilities were excellent, with well designed shower cubicles and endless hot water and were clean and modern.
To conclude , we would highly recommend this camp site.

Great place to stay while visiting Barcelona! Free shuttle bus takes you right downtown. The pitches are nice and big. Very friendly and informative reception workers. Lovely spot! All amenities were great.
