Food was terrible. Staff were helpful. Campsite is next to a road so very noisy. Not very relaxing at all. Good for a one night stop either after your ferry to Calais or before your ferry home. Expensive for what it is.

We didn\'t choose this campsite some friends had chosen it as a place for us to meet. After reading the reviews we were a little apprehensive but on arrival what a surprise. A large well maintained campsite used by all the major clubs of Europe. Big pitches with easy access for our TA. We stayed for three nights and took advantage or the walking maps available in reception. It was nice to visit an area that we normally only pass through to and from the ferry. Lidl & Carrefore just up the road. Very nice pool.

Just checked and this is the 11th year we have been here. Sometimes just for 1 night and up to 2 weeks. So what has changed? There is now a large roundabout at the entrance making access easier and a brand new road from Eurotunnel exit/entrance meaning a max 20 mins travel time. There\'s a new toilet block and there are now some all service pitches. What hasn\'t changed? The existing toilet blocks are still kept clean and tidy. The bar still serves a good selection of drinks and the menu is unchanged but very reasonable value. The shop serves reasonably priced food and drink and your morning croissants are fresh and available. The restaurant has changed hands but the quality can\'t be too bad as it is invariably packed out with local french as well as campers. The pitches for caravanners and others are enormous and the grounds are emaculately kept and designed. So to those that say nothings changed you\'re wrong and for the rest \"if it ain\'t broke don\'t fix it\".

Large site near Calais. Expensive without offering anything special compared with other sites during a tour of France. Certainly the worst baguette and croissants we had and the most expensive. Pitches large and spaced out. Ground sodden and chewed up due to heavy rain. Onsite restaurant food ok, but not cheap. Serving staff decidedly grumpy and impatient. Toilets clean disputed the muddy conditions.

We have stayed on this site for many years, but sadly the site is losing its lovely charm and is now dominated by contract chalets and the touring pitches are few and far between.

Very nice site with good facilities, this site is ideal for a one night stay or longer, close enough to Calais for the ferry.

Big grass pitches, We paid extra for water & drainage - but it was expensive. Good takeaway & bar food in a nice setting. French restaurant by the chateau is excellent. 4 toilet/shower blocks all spotless with separate ladies/gents toilets with soap & toilet rolls (not usually the case we have found in France !) Shop very expensive. Good stop off for Calais & channel tunnel.

Great campsite, nice restaurant, staff very helpful. Our pitch was a little soft after some rain, had to use mats under wheels to help manoeuvring the motorhome. Easy walk into town. Large supermarket approx 20 min walk. Ideal for visiting local vets, site happy to help organise. Would visit again.

This was a great campsite after getting off the ferry from Calais. It was about 20minutes away from Calais and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There was cycling and walking maps available. There is a nice small village nearby (although shops and attractions are closed on the weekend).
There is a lovely restaurant where we had a vey nice meal on site. The site is spacious, nicely maintained (toilets were average but clean) and quiet. The other campers were friendly as well. We stayed here two nights and enjoyed it.

Not a bad site if you are in need of one near Calais. The welcome was ok, the facilities were ok. The pitch was rather gloomy and there were a lot of pitches with quite large trees closeby - great in the heat but maybe not as good otherwise. There is quite a major roundabout by the entrance to the site and I was conscious of heavy goods vehicles on it quite early in the morning. All in all ok however the price for a night (ACSI card rate) there are cheaper and better around as far as we are concerned.
