We have stayed on this lovely campsite many times over the years.
The friendly owners always make us feel so welcome.
Yes, it can be tight for the sort of large outfits our fellow countrymen seem to opt for but for everyone else it\'s fine.
The pitches get larger and the view better the further you venture in.
The pool is great , always cristal clear.
The small bus that goes to Sarlat gives you great opportunity to see the area nearby, and hey, you\'re on holiday so what if it takes a little longer.
Can\'t wait to return come June 17.
See you soon François and Catherine.

Good site well looked after with plenty of shaded pitches. Good cycling to Sarlat which is well worth a visit especial Saturday market day. Cycle route is mainly quiet roads, off road and in Sarlat mostly on dedicated cycle lanes.

A good campsite close to Sarlat, a lovely town.A shuttle bus goes into town close to the campsite.Access to the site is through a very narrow opening between two houses with two way traffic! so beware. ACSI does not mention this in the book.

A very welcoming site with a good pool. Excellent rural location with an easy bus into Sarlat. We only had a few nights this time but will definitely return for a longer visit when we are next in the area. Great ACSI price too!

Spent 2 night here when visiting the area. Very friendly welcome. Good information given and a free choice of pitch. Nice bar area. Toilets and showers were very clean and quite modern. Handy for the local bus although the route seems to meander around the area randomly so takes 15 mins for a 3 mile journey and it was very hot when we were on it. Enjoyable stay and would return if in the area

This is the best site we have stayed at in France , going back 7 years. The staff were always very helpful, the toilets always spotlessly clean. The icing on the cake was the regular bus to the town and the supermarket. We will be returning to Les Acacias next year

stayed Sep 2014 a couple in a motorhome. Great little site with lovely views over the valley the site is nestled in. The loos were good and clean (no toilet paper) and there was a nice little bar by reception with free Wi Fi. The pool was lovely and warm with plenty of loungers.

It was a good 15 minute cycle to Leclerc and 20 minutes to the lovely city of Sarlat. Returning it is mostly downhill. There is also a nice cycle route on an old railway line which takes you to the river Dordogne, not that you see much of the river!

Fantastic Saturday market in Sarlat. We would definitely visit again, a lovely peaceful spot.

Stayed here for 8 nights in June. Lovely pool and very quiet camping pitch near the higher toilets on the right of the road. The other half of the site had quite a lot of motorhomes and looked quite busy. Very clean facilities and good free Wi-Fi in the bar area. Site very well positioned for visiting the Dordogne.

Very good campsite with easy 1euro bus into Sarlat, but make sure you buy a single each way. We made the mistake of buying a \"return\", but were given only one ticket so driver (same one) insisted on us buying another on return. Very busy campsite, but good clean facilities coped well. Pitches perhaps a bit small, but big enough for medium motorhome or caravans. Very helpful staff who automatically give you details of the bus to Sarlat which is well worth a visit. Only slightly odd is the campsite is split by a road between the office/restaurant facilities and the campsite itself which in turn is split in two one part with the swimming pool by another road. Could be a little concern for anyone with children.
