Travelling party: Couple

This is our second visit, this time for just an overnight stop. Very friendly staff, reasonable pitches, but without any privacy. The restaurant is worth a visit, good food at a good price.

Broke our journey to the med at this “remote” site. So glad we did. From reception, shop ,pool ,walks, bar, restaurant sanitary facilities, this is great. Only downsides are with loading up with on board water., and dusty pitches. Lots of regular users , here for the catfish in the Ebro fed lake. We saw locals filleting fish as long as a child, and they were babies. We stayed longer than planned because we loved it.

Travelling party: Seniors

We stayed here for a 2 night stopover and really liked it - very friendly and welcoming. Good bar and restaurant area, clean/modern sanitary facilities and small shop. Flat pitches with shade. Next to lake beach and various water sports and fishing. Good walks and mountain bike trails along the lakeside. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic staff who speak a range of languages. All pitches are wide but some aren\'t very deep - best ones are found by turning right from the entrance. Beautiful trees giving shade on all pitches to the varying degrees. The walks and rides around the lake are challenging due to gradient and rocky paths. No windsurfing boards etc could be hired until June. Bar area extends outside and is very attractive and has WiFi reception. We stayed 4 nights. Cespe town is 8 miles away and hasn\'t got a lot to offer but people are very welcoming.

Although the campsite states WiFi available we found it virtually impossible to get on to the web. Showers were cool which is acceptable in hot weather but not in April.

Travelling party: Couple

Friendly staff. Facilities clean and new. Plots a bit small to sit out and have camper, no privacy. Electric on plot, fountain for water near by, grey waste in a separate area. Wifi not good. Pool excellent with grass and sun loungers, the lake is beautiful and peaceful, bike riding, walking around lake. Kayaking on lake all good fun

Travelling party: Couple

Friendly campsite. Near a beautiful tranquil lake where you can fish, swim or boat. Pitches were good, not much sun where we were. Facilities:- clean and well maintained, lots of hot water. Wifi:- rubbish ( even near bar). Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent walking and biking around lake, we hired a kayak which was very peaceful out on the lake.

Travelling party: Couple

Stayed 4 nights at this lovely quiet site. Large pitches on hard standing so take the right pegs if you are pitching an awning or tent as the ground was very hard. Pool was very large and nice grass area with loungers. Shop and restaurant good value. Showers were spotless and lots of hot water. A perfect place the chill out.

Our second stay here and won't be the last. First was initially planned as a stopover but we stayed for 4 nights. This year we came down and stayed for a week. The staff are very friendly and patient with our lack of Spanish language skills. The staff work all hours. Shop limited stock but very reasonably priced with most essentials such as bread, water, cheese, ham, beer, wine etc. Good bar, good prices. Food in little on site restaurant home made and excellent quality and value. Overall a very chilled site with access to a gorgeous lake and river. Take your fishing kit, canoe, mountain bike and you'll be happy. If you have a motorhome remember to stock up at a supermarket before you go to Caspe as there's nothing close to the site without driving.

This campsite is set in a great spot for outdoor folk. On the edge of the Mar de Aragon which is a 100 kilometre long reservoir the setting is perfect for fisher folk and good for walkers (GR99 passes the entrance) and those who like being away from it all. The welcome was very good indeed with good English spoken by reception staff. A small shop has ok basics and bread daily. The facilities are adequate and kept reasonably clean. We didn't try the restaurant though the menu looked ok for everyday fare. The bar - outdoors - was fine. Walking along the lake was really lovely when we were there and we would return to the area again. I guess the downside is that it is pretty isolated.
