Travelling party: Couple

This was our second visit, the draw being the wonderful town of El Rocio.
The site in mid September was relatively quiet with plenty of choice of sandy pitches, although with a caravan and full awning we spillled into the adjacent pitch for dining and parking which wasn\'t an issue.
Good clean wash block and swimming pool.
A fifteen minute easy walk gets you into the town of El Rocio and the beautiful church and very unique town. Drinking at bars with horses and riders alongside is amazing. Sadly the lake was dried out so no birds but horses and deer rutting!
Fully recommend this site as you shouldn\'t miss this town!

Quirky place...sandy site and town. Free wifi across the site. Pitch flat but sandy. Restaurant and bar were good value for campsite style cooking. V small supermarket on site and limited food shopping in the area. Rode bikes into National park to palace. Interesting area

Travelling party: Couple

Good site. Helpful staff. Meal in restaurant was good and fresh bread available most of the day. Good facilities for washing/ dishes and loos. Seems to be lots of mossies in public facilities but to be expected as 15 min walk from lake. El Rocio town of sand streets and the church ( Christian pilgrimage site) worth a visit. Stayed two nights.

Travelling party: Couple

A lovely campsite. We stayed for 3 nights in the tent section - which we had entirely to ourselves. Lovely grassy pitch with sandy soil and nicely flat. Electric and water close by. Toilets were clean and fairly modern. Walkable to El Rocio and a great location for accessing the national park. Small supermarket with the essentials but no croissants or bread for breakfast. Reception staff were mostly lovely and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and would have stayed longer if the weather had been better but we needed to move on to find some sun.

Travelling party: Couple

Good pitch but facilities left a lot to be desired. Could walk into town which was really unusual any worth a visit. Glad we came but wouldn\'t come again.

Travelling party: Couple

Stayed only 1 night at this pleasant site. After visiting Portugal and experiencing terrible toilet/shower facilities, it was a pleasure to arrive, be spoken to with courtesy and find a wonderful level plot. The toilets, showers and sinks etc., were all spotlessly clean. Easy reach of El Rocio and Donana National Park. Will certainly go back. Had a good meal in the restaurant on site and the house wine bottle was cheap!!

Travelling party: Seniors

Good site let down by mostly what it can do little about. First thing is insects that bite - prevalent in toilets, showers etc as well as outdoors. Second was large group of u.k. \'travellers\' en route elsewhere but giving problems suggested as associated on home territory. Apparently told not to visit again. Washing machines too smelly to consider using. Good daily menu\'s in bar at keen prices. All staff very nice. Some groceries on site and at nearby filling station. Town an easy walk but on sand so bit tiring. Interesting place but have seen it and unlikely to return. Try the site but just be ready with the spray.

Travelling party: Couple

Warm welcome from reception who spoke some English. Goof sized pitch which you were allocated but could change if you didn\'t like it. Clean toilets and showers with hot water and Moho facilities. El Rocio well worth a visit and walking distance from site. Free wifi in bar otherwise you had to pay for it. Restaurant ok nothing special but good wine.

Travelling party: Couple

On the edge of a town worth seeing - like being on a spaghetti western film set! Friendly staff, very clean throughout, pool and restaurant open, supermarket very handy. Wifi free inside the bar. Only stayed two nights but would visit again.

Travelling party: Couple

Nice roomy pitches but a small kerb/lip made it difficult getting the caravan onto the pitch. The pitches are all sand which may not be to everyone\'s taste.
