Coming towards the end of the season but the staff were brilliant and found room for us in a very busy campsite. The bar, which we found a little expensive, was friendly. The pitch was adequate, the showers and toilets are open to the elements. Walks are flat and easy. Easy walking distance from the walled town of Peschiera del Garda.

Nice location and in general a nice site, however can be somewhat noisy in the evenings. Showers are excellent if you want to shower your clothes as well as yourself. there is no place to put your toiletries or personal belongings. You have to continuously press the tap every couple of seconds as the water cuts off. Site is very strict regarding disposal of waste products which is good, however when it came to the disposal of grey water from the camper, I could not gain access to the disposal area because of overgrown trees that got caught in the awning of the camper as they needed to be trimmed. There was also a lot of cars belonging to residents in holiday chalets also parked on this narrow pathway, also leaving access difficult. This was reported to reception and one of the staff went to explore this on a bicycle and decided the pathway was not overgrown and there was ample and said that they had no other complaints. After half an hour we were offered an alternative access to the disposal area. At this stage we were so annoyed we just left and will not be back. A customer service course would not go astray on the female staff member we were dealing with. Nice area - disappointing exit.

The camp site is well placed for Peschiera town and for catching the train to Verona. However we could not wait to leave the site due to the loud music and activities over the speakers several times a day! Furthermore, checking out was a bureaucratic nightmare as was the rigidly supervised recycling system. I think the site is more suitable for those with young children or groups of young people!

Travelling party: Couple

We are a couple travelling without children and chose this site for its location close to the town and the railway station. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to both. The site is more suited to families with small children, we found it very noisy, especially irritating were the twice-daily \"Hi-de-Hi\" announcements blaring over the camp. The toilets/showers are kept very clean but the shower cubicles have no changing area so make sure you take a big waterproof bag to protect your clothes while you shower.
For families with children there is the pool, the entertainment and a small outdoor play area, but the site is so crowded that we often had to dodge games of football and badminton on the roads.

An excellent camp site. We spent one night here but would have liked to stay longer. Very enjoyable walk into town. Facilities really good, including on-site shop. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. For 16 euro per night it was fantastic value.

A large site with various holiday companies renting the statics. A very impersonal feel to the site, where no one spoke to each other until it flooded due to blocked drains. Pitches are pre-allocated before arrival so if booking specify you don't want 10/11 as they back right onto the toilets and the toilet doors swing and bang all night and echo when people are talking in them. Ladies showers were hot, men's were cold. Fresh bread available on site. Dog area for walking dogs too far up a road and was a small, grassless compound. Upon arrival everyone is given a long list of "Do's and Don'ts including not hanging washing lines. Internet 2.50 /hr. Wonderful location right on the lake and only a 10 minute walk into town.

We intended to stay just a few days but stayed for a month! It is a lovely, well kept site in a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the whole site is extremely clean - the toilets and showers are cleaned several times a day. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. It is also a very dog friendly site.
