Good campsite made extra special with Rafiq looking after us. He was always busy and picking up all the autumn leaves was a ongoing job at this time of year. Rafiq was very good at explaining all we needed to know. Enjoy your winter time back in Bangladesh. Thanks you Nigel and Lizzie.
We stayed here while waiting for a repair to our van and that is the only reason we would stay. The site is full of permanent pitches which are old & messy and the toilets and showers are all open air and not very well kept. Also you have to have a token to run the shower which gives you 3 minutes of hot water at a time! And hot water is only between 8:00am -10:00am and 6:00pm -8:00pm. Really not value for money.
Good site and facilities. Local town not so good but campsite enough for the night. Kids said best ice cream ever had! And food good. We arrive on an entertainment night and it was euro trash heaven! Never forget it !
A good value for money site close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Supermarket next door almost. Great staff in the restaurant/bar. Rafik has been great, nothing is too much trouble for him. Yes there are permanent caravans now covered over in some cases with timber facings but that is just the Italian way. Great entertainment at the bar on two of the nights we de stayed (4 altogether) toilets are fine, clean and spacious. We will use this place again and maybe for a longer stay.
We were march visit this campsite,it was very good time there,Near by super market and very near see beach,we like, specially staff Rafik very kind and helpful person.Really it was splendid time there, hopefully again we like to visit there....
We were very disappointed with this site. We were surrounded by what we call \"hovels\" - permanent caravans with extensions, made to look like huts. The toilets were basic but clean. Needed a token for showers. A washing machine but no clothes dryer. Lots of mosquitoes and very little sun filtering through. 6 amps electricity. It was pokey.
This was the thirteenth ACSI site we visited. All the rest were fine, several excellent. This one is horrible. The staff are okay but the site is cramped, gloomy and scruffy. There is an extra charge for showers and these can be cold. Wifi is available but expensive. We were very disappointed.
This was going to be a quick stopover in Italy as our plan was to spend 4 weeks touring France. However managed to persuade the other half to extend our stay so we good dip our ties into Italy with the plan to tour Italy next September. Found this site and came across Rafiq and what a man he is! He cannot do enough for you and is full of Italian charm. He made us so welcome we are definitely coming back. So don\'t be put off by its narrow entrance and scrubby pitch it\'s great and so close to the town and beaches though there could be a better pavement as the road is very busy. Great supermarket called Simply close by with a fantastic meat counter. The steak was the best ever on the BBQ and wines at very good value. Thanks Rafiq I promised to review so until next time!!
Enjoyed a few weeks at this site. Pitches not very large but sufficient. Toilet facilities in good state and clean. Surroundings great with old villages, great views, beaches and lots of ice cream!
Camping staff is very kind and helpful, with lots of praise for Rafiq, the maintenance man. He works very hard to make sure everyone is happy, does the repairs, waters the flowers, removes fallen leaves, and all with a great smile. He's the best.
It's just a great place to be.
