Travelling party: Couple

Our favourite camp site so far. Very friendly staff, immaculate facilities - wouldn\'t be out of place in a hotel. We had a great spot with a sea view 30 seconds from the beach although it did cost 2 € extra. Lovely pool and fantastic flume, plus trampolines great for kids and kids at heart like us. Nearest town about 6k away and cycle network could be better be we enjoyed a ride out to la Roche Bernard along main roads.

If you want your camping to be rough and ready, this is the place for you.
If you don't want to receive TV in any way, you will find this suits you nicely

Travelling party: Couple

We arrived when everything was winding down at the end of the season. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Toilets and showers were good, and clean, although we only used them twice in a fortnight, as we had our own facilities in our caravan. The bar etcetera was already closed when we arrived, and there was no entertainment or shop. Our pitch was directly overlooking the beach, with a wonderful view across the bay, especially at sunset. The wind came straight at us from the sea, and at times was quite fierce! The tide went out so far, there was no water to be seen, and even with the tide in, you had to go a long way out before it was deep enough to swim - absolutely perfect for children. Security was good, with code operated barriers which were closed from 22.30 to 07.00, so there was no access for vehicles at night, which meant it was very quiet. The Briere National Park is on the doorstep, which has many attractions, and more than enough to occupy two weeks. We loved it.

Travelling party: Seniors

The site has unmarked pitches and we were placed in a site under a canopy of conifers - no TV or satellite reception. Site roads were potholed and became lakes after rain. On arrival no staff spoke English, so to enable me to express my dissatisfaction I emailed. I received a very agressive reply. The pool complex is splendid - the exception which proves the rule.

Beautiful site, lovely people, clean and well cared for all round. Great beach, peaceful and serene (off season). Pool lovely. Would have no problem recommending this site.
