Been her many times in the past and always a warm welcome and drink on arrival. Good pitches sun or shade and a 40 minute walk into the Local town, highly recommended.
we were made very welcome and offered a free drink in the bar as first timers there everybody was most frendly
Pleasant rural site within walking distance of small attractive town. Lovely pool, both indoor and outdoor, with sauna and log fire. Nice dog walks and field to exercise dog. Site appears to be run as a 'cooperative' with limited daily menu on offer, eaten communally.
The site is rather Dutch influenced, but as 'Brits' we were made to feel welcome and at ease.
(Literature on site is either in Dutch or French).
Shower and toilet facilities very clean although 'grey waste' disposal for motorhome not found on our stay.
Would stay here again.
We stayed here twice in June. On our first visit we really liked the site and found the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent pitch which was dry and appealing. On our return later in the month the site was much busier and this was reflected in the staff attitude. In addition our allocated pitch was very wet and gloomy, being under trees. We were chastised for leaving tyre tracks from our camper van at the entrance to our pitch and even though we explained that this was unavoidable due to the state of the ground we still were 'tutted' at every time one member of staff passed us. We would possibly return but only if we could book one of the better pitches.
