Why am I going to be paying more for my subscription?
Since the start of 2022, we have had to deal with sharply rising costs for raw materials and transport, among other things. ACSI is also facing the consequences of inflation. This means that unfortunately, we cannot keep the price of our products as they are.
I want to cancel my subscription. How do I do that?
You can cancel your subscription before 1 October. You can submit your cancellation request via this page.
What does a subscription cost in 2023?
In 2023, you will pay €17.95 for a CampingCard ACSI subscription without the app (€16.95 for ACSI Club ID members). For a subscription with the app, you will pay €21.95 (€20.95 for ACSI Club ID members). In 2023, for a subscription to ACSI CampingCard & Camperplaatsen without the app you will pay €25.95 (€23.95 for ACSI Club ID members). For a subscription with the app (campsite and camping pitch information) you will pay €35.93 (€33.93 for ACSI Club ID members).
I received an e-mail asking me to check my details. How do I do that?
You can check and change your payment and contact details in your My ACSI account in the ACSI Webshop. You login with the e-mail address the e-mail was sent to.
I received a letter asking me to check the e-mail address of my subscription to CampingCard ACSI/ACSI CampingCard & Camperplaatsen. Why is that required?
Unfortunately, we are unable to mail you at that e-mail address. It is possible that a letter or number in that e-mail address is incorrect. We need your e-mail address to send you important information about your subscription. Follow the instructions in the letter to submit your e-mail address. Then you won't miss any important information about your subscription.
The overnight rates have increased by €1 as from 2023. Why?
Campsites too are faced with rising costs and they have therefore had to increase their overnight rates. That is why the CampingCard ACSI rates have increased by €1. You still pay less than the standard low-season rate with the CampingCard ACSI.
Do I still get adequate discount with the CampingCard ACSI when I pay an additional €1 per overnight stay?
We still guarantee that you pay less than the standard low-season rate at the campsite with the CampingCard ACSI. That has not changed. In 2023, you will still benefit from discounts of up to 60% per overnight stay. Most campsites are also increasing their standard overnight rates. If that is not the case, the campsite may fall under a cheaper rate than is currently the case.
