We stayed here in a motorhome in May. On arrival we were greeted very warm and friendly also extremely helpful, maps, buses, trams, money exchange etc. We picked our own pitch with plenty of space, Prague is 1 hour away on a bus then tram which stops outside of the camp. Spotlessly clean showers and toilets. The only downside was the timer on the showers was a bit hit and miss. The restaurant is well worth a visit cheap good quality food and great service. Would recommend.

An excellent site. Beautifully maintained, with very helpful staff who spoke good English. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Lots of play and sports equipment and organised children\'s activities. You can pre book different size pitches and as this was a significant part of our trip we booked a comfort+ and it was huge. Toilets and showers were immaculate. Buses stopped at the entrance for connections into Prague or you could opt for park and ride. Either were convenient for getting into Prague centre within 45 min to 1 hour.
We have just two minor criticisms, 4 showers in the men\'s and ladies is not really sufficient for a 120 pitch site and there were sometimes queues in the morning. The WiFi, which was chargeable in high season, did not have great connectivity and wouldn\'t open many websites. This I reported, but was told it was working OK.
Overall, an excellent destination site for a trip to Prague and surrounding area which we would highly recommended.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

It was our first trip to this part of the world and I was a little nervous. But as soon as we arrived that feeling went. Check in was very simple. We had a choice of pitches but we opted for the one I originally booked online. The place was spotless, friendly and a total pleasure being there from start to finish. The kids entertainer did her bit 3 times a day and catered for all ages at some point. The on site restaurant was very good. They even allow you to take your dog in and brought ours some water. The showers etc are free. You get an allowance for using hot water but we used our own having a caravan. The supermarkets are only a 10 min drive and the city centre was easily accessible too. We opted for the park and ride but there is a bus stop just outside the gate.
The staff give full details on site anyway
We stayed for 5 days but would do longer next time

We enjoyed staying in your camping. We must say it is very clean and very well organized. We recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Prague as the bus station is near the camping. We love Prague. It is an amazing city.

My family and I have recently visited this campsite and loved it! If you would like to travel to Prague and do not want to stay in the city this is the place to be. The bus stop is right outside the camp grounds or you can travel a short distance to get to the park and ride and catch the subway. The staff is very friendly and speaks very good English. They have great events for the kids throughout the day, which both of my kids enjoyed. They have two parks on the campgrounds which are well maintained. If you didn’t bring your sports equipment the front desk can help you by loaning it out. There are three pools, an indoor, and two outdoor. Beware the outdoor pool in not heated though. The restaurant is very nice and internet service is provided for a fee. The only thing we can even have to say which is slightly negative is the price. It was a little high but worth it for all you get.

Easily the best camp I've stayed in while traveling the Czech Republic. The sanitary facilities were flawless (clean, the individual showers and toilets large enough, plenty of places to hang your things), the camping pitch very large and well mantained.
The camp has pitches of different range. The regular pitches are set somewhat "outside" the main area, apparently a new addition. There is little shade in that area and no water near the pitches, just electricity. The comfort pitches (regular - 100m2 and large 150m2) are "inside" the main area, with plenty of shade, water and electricity.
If you wish to use plastic covers for the floor, you need to "disclose" that at the reception and pay an additional 100 CZK per day. If you don't do that, you will be fined 500 CZK (however the ground is grass and very well maintained, so I see no reason to use any covers). You also need to "disclose" if you have any pets or if you have an extra tent.

Well maintained, clean and tidy site. The standard pitches are in a fairly open area while the comfort pitches are individually hedged.
Hot water is limited to 18 litres per unit per day, over that amount there is a charge, however we found the allowance to be more than adequate. Water is metered by use of a swipe card.
Shower blocks are spotlessly clean and spacious. Hot showers are free but are on a timer so you do need to be quite quick, although you can stop and start the shower as necessary.
Excellent on site restaurant with very reasonable prices. There is also a small shop selling fresh bread and limited groceries. Nearest supermarkets are about 3 miles away. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and activities for children in high season.
There is a bus stop directly outside the site which takes you to the tram connection into Prague or you can drive to the park and ride and use the metro to get into the city although we found you need to be early before the car parks fill up. Public transport, as most other things is very reasonable.
We found the site excellent for visiting Prague but also set in nice countryside for quieter days. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this site 3 night during September 2010. A nice presentable site with superb wash facilities. Good large pitches with water and drainage. Two things I didnt like about the site was the dog that lived at the owners' house was barking at everything that moved from 7am until 8 pm, got very annoying after a while. And also the water limiting to 18 litres a day which we found somewhat bizzare, every liter over was charged for by way of a chip card. Nice site though in a nice and convienient position for Prague which we loved.
