If you take out a subscription to CampingCard ACSI you will receive your CampingCard ACSI with a free CampingCard ACSI guide delivered to your home each year in December.
If you subscribe before 10 November you will have your CampingCard ACSI this year in time for Christmas.
Subscribers will be informed if the price of the subscription charges. If subscription prices change the subscriber has the right to cancel. The subscription is valid until mutually cancelled and runs for a minimum period of 2 years.
You can cancel your subscription before 11 November using the

You can pay for your subscription by credit card. The amount will be debited to your card after you have received the CampingCard ACSI.
Take note: from the 2012 edition onwards it will not be possible to pay on account. If you have paid in the past year(s) on account you will need to change your method of payment.
No. When you take out a subscription you will only pay for the first year. You will receive a mail from us in November to check your subscription details and you'll be asked to pay for the second year.
This will be repeated until the mutual ending of the subscription.

If you have ordered several different products you will receive them in January 2012.
The delivery time is 7 working days for delivery to an address within the Netherlands, 10 working days for delivery to an address elsewhere in Europe and 21 days for delivery outside Europe.
If you order the CampingCard ACSI before 11 November it will be delivered in time for Christmas. If you order it after 11 November we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible after Christmas.

There are 9600 camp sites which have been inspected by ACSI. Of these, 2301 camp sites participate in CampingCard ACSI. You can only stay at these 2301 camp sites at the special CampingCard ACSI overnight rate. The CampingCard ACSI camp sites have a blue CC logo. No. It is not usually possible to pay in euros at camp sites in countries that do not use the euro. The rates of € 12, € 14 or € 16 will then be converted into the currency of that country. Take note that exchange rates are liable to fluctuation.
Camp sites which accept CampingCard ACSI offer the following fixed rates: 12, 14 and 16 euros. You can see exactly what is included and what is not under Rates explained.
There are also a few camp sites that even offer a 10 euro rate. You will recognise these by a special logo in the search results.

The CampingCard ACSI rate includes two adults. You will have to pay for additional people at the rates valid for the camp site. On

The low season occurs at a different period for every camp site, but the idea is that you should at least be able to use CampingCard ACSI camp sites for a resonable number of days in May, June and September. At the moment we have 18 naturist camp sites and 5 camp sites with a naturist section. As CampingCard ACSI is a camping product for the low season, it possibly has something to do with the weather.
ACSI does not award stars. The number of stars shown for a camp site have been taken from the local authorities.
You can find the camp site of your choice on
www.campingcard.com. When you go to ‘Search by map’ and then to the ‘Facilities’ tab, you can specify the amenities that are important to you. Click on ‘Search’ and then go to the ‘Country/Region’ tab. You will see that camp sites which remain visible conform to your criteria.
When you have filled in the reservation request form correctly, type in the security code and click on Send. Another window will then open. Only when it is confirmed here has your reservation request been sent to the camp site of your choice. Take note that it is only a reservation request. The camp site will deal with the reservation itself. If it takes too long before you hear anything from the camp site, get in contact with the camp site. You can find the camp site details on
